Collected data may include: name, surname, delivery address, e-mail, phone, VAT details (for legal entities).

2. User Reviews and Comments

Reviews and comments posted by customers are intended for community benefit. The Merchant moderates content and may reject offensive or misleading reviews. By submitting a review, the user grants the Merchant the right to use it for marketing purposes.

3. Liability

The Merchant strives for accuracy but product images are symbolic. Once products are handed to the postal service, the Merchant is not responsible for physical damage, destruction, loss, or missing contents of the shipment. In such cases, the customer must initiate a complaint with the courier.

4. Promotional Games and Sweepstakes

The Merchant may organize sweepstakes. Separate terms and conditions will be published for each event.

5. Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution

In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, disputes may be resolved through the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available HERE.

The Merchant does not recognize any private out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent.

6. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Slovenian law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Slovenia.

The Merchant may amend these Terms and Conditions in case of legal or business changes. Updates are published on the website and binding from publication.
