- Cash on delivery orders under €45 are subject to a shipping fee of €3.

- Order Process and Contract Formation
The purchase contract is concluded once the Merchant confirms the customer’s order by e-mail.

An electronic invoice is issued with a breakdown of costs and information about the right of withdrawal.
- Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers (individuals) have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving goods, without providing a reason.
Withdrawal must be communicated via e-mail to info@drwogler.com using an unambiguous statement or withdrawal form.
Returned products must be undamaged, unopened, in original packaging, and in the same quantity. The consumer bears the cost of returning goods. The Merchant refunds payments within 14 days of withdrawal notice, but may withhold refund until goods are returned or proof of return is provided.
Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Opened/used cosmetics, food supplements, or products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
- Custom or personalized items
- Material Defects (Warranty of Conformity)
A product has a material defect if:
- It lacks the characteristics necessary for normal use
- It lacks the qualities required for a specific use known to the seller
- It does not match the qualities agreed between seller and buyer
- It does not correspond to the sample or model
Consumers must notify defects within two months of discovery. The Merchant is liable for defects up to two years after delivery.
Customers may request:
- Elimination of the defect
- Partial refund proportional to defect
- Replacement of the product
- Full refund

Deliveries are handled by Pošta Slovenije. The Merchant may select another courier for efficiency. Shipping fees are visible at checkout.
